The storage allocated to the storing of information related to work is under the RAID I standards and are well trained to use the facilities provided.
- We will constantly be on the best update on data security management, along with the most recent updates on software and requirements. Running a centralized server system with a dedicated BCP team, we ensure the best of the service with an uninterrupted workflow for our clients.

Basic Data Protection Policies we follow
All data and information saved on each user accounts are redirected to the encrypted user space on the server storage. (RAID I Encryption)
No data or information can be copied out of the RDP connection
Deletion of files by the user is disabled

All USB ports are disabled for Data Transfer on local computers
Data Retention Policy
We assign a weekly self clean-up of saved information on local disks of the computers that the staff work on. Only data that needs to be saved are kept and the staff and client has the right to decide on how and what needs to be stored

A consent form is signed by each staff on the responsibility of protecting client data and information, and or on the understanding of the data, they save.
Data Breach Regulation
Accessing or entertaining the use of a user account not belonging to the user may result in penalties up to termination of agreement and or legal terms according to the local law. The user accessese can be monitored at a requirement and unauthorized access can be questioned.
All staff members are holding the responsibility of the equipment they are provided with as infrastructure along with company property to make no amendments to it with no prior approvals and or damage them.
Usage of Company Property/Infrastructure for non company related work and/or damaging infrastructure/company property will be considered a policy violation and may result in penalties up to termination of agreement and or legal terms.
