Bookkeeper

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong bookkeeping skills, previous experience in a similar role and solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals across the business
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
  • Possess relevant qualifications or specialist qualifications such as AAT.
  • Knowledge of excel or other spreadsheets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily usage of financial processes, enhancing and updating where needed
  • Maintaining accounts , verifying and posting transactions
  • Balancing accounts on a day- to -day or week-to-week basis
  • Managing client invoices and payments
  • Working closely with accountants to prepare VAT returns
  • Preparing schedules statements and reports as requested
Associate Accountant

The Ideal Candidate

  • Partly qualified in AAT / Undergraduate in Accounting Degree
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as a part of the team with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals/clients across the business.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
  • High knowledge on MS Excel or other spreadsheets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly analysis and providing comments on bank statement transactions.
  • Reviewing and dealing with monthly bank statements for unusual transactions.
  • Preparing invoice on behalf of client and maintaining a sales and purchase ledger.
  • Maintaining records of the client’s monthly expenses and reconciling with monthly Bank statement.
  • Preparing monthly & quarterly reports on a regular basis for Discretionary portfolio Management.
Senior Accountant consultant

Job requirements:

  • Part or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/CA/Degree in Accounting
  • Computer literacy with hands on experience in accounting packages will be an added advantage
  • Having excellent skills in communication with a very good command of English language, both written and speaking is highly expected
  • Comfortable and compelling on the phone
  • Ability to multitask with quick turnaround times
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar capacity
